Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms apply to the Skip It Android app and the website skipit.zembraa.com (together, "Skip It"), published by Zembraa ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Skip It, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Skip It.
1. What Skip It does
Skip It helps you cut back on impulse buying. You choose a no-buy challenge and the categories you're skipping, check off each day you don't buy anything, park things you want on a 30-day list, and see a savings jar of the money you didn't spend.
2. Not financial advice
Skip It is a habit tool, not a bank, budgeting service or financial adviser. It doesn't connect to your accounts, hold or move money, or tell you how to spend or invest. Amounts in the app are numbers you enter. The "estimated" savings are a guess based on your own daily estimate and are always labelled as one. Decisions about your money are yours.
3. Who can use Skip It
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Skip It. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
4. Your account
You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in to your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; see Delete your account.
5. What you add
You're responsible for what you type into Skip It, such as item names, reasons, notes and links. Don't add anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. Links you save are not checked by us, and we're not responsible for the websites they lead to.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Skip It. In particular, you won't copy, modify or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it, interfere with or attack our servers, access other people's accounts, or use Skip It for anything unlawful.
7. Price and paid features
Skip It is free to use. We may offer Skip It Plus, an optional one-time purchase that unlocks extra features. We'll show the price and what's included before you buy. It's a single payment, not a subscription. Purchases made through Google Play are also subject to Google Play's terms, including its refund rules.
8. Our content
Skip It, including its design, text, graphics and software, belongs to Zembraa and its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Skip It for your own, non-commercial purposes under these terms.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data Skip It collects and how it is used.
10. Suspension and ending
You can stop using Skip It and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it. We may change or stop parts of Skip It; if we shut Skip It down entirely, we'll give reasonable notice in the app and let you export your data first.
11. Disclaimers
Skip It is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will always be available or error-free, that reminders will always arrive on time, or that it will achieve any particular result for your spending or savings.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Zembraa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, opportunity or profit, arising from your use of Skip It. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Skip It after that, the new terms apply.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Tunis, Tunisia. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep any protections given to you by the mandatory laws of that country, and you may also bring a claim in your local courts where that law allows.
