Delete your Skip It account

You can ask us to delete your Skip It account at any time. This permanently deletes:

your account and the email address you sign in with,
all your challenges, daily check-ins and slip notes,
your 30-day list and savings history,
your settings and custom categories.

Nothing is kept afterwards, except where the law requires us to keep a record of the request itself.

How to request deletion

Email support@zembraa.com from the email address you use to sign in to Skip It.
Use the subject "Delete my Skip It account". You don't need to give a reason.
We confirm by email and delete the account and all its data within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Just want a fresh start? In the app, Settings → Reset everything deletes all your challenges, check-ins, 30-day list and settings straight away, without deleting your account. Uninstalling the app also removes everything from your phone, but not from your account.
